  I'm a first time customer for service on my truck. The customer service at this location needs serious help. I watched the service writer that wears a camouflage hat, glasses, and has goatee use the most condescending tone with anyone he helped. He wouldn't elaborate on why price ranges were so broad, he simply treated everyone as if they were a number...probably a US Militaey vet that can't come terms with real life. guy sounded like a total jerk....If your looking to be treated like a real customer....you may need to go to Chico or Yuba City.
