  I also get bins not fully emptied, which is why 4 stars. However, the drivers are so nice. I've been know to come running down my 300' driveway in my jammies and they wait for me... if they spot me. I've even had to go down the street with my can a couple times. They smile and take it. Also, if it's the "other can" people, they get on the radio and contact someone to come pick mine up. I call that service! Going to the local site, the ladies in the office are always nice when I have a truck load of tree stuff to take to green waste. Point being, when they do mess up, they make it right. Live in same house now, 33 yrs. :)

  I have a hard understanding as to why they pick up recycling every other week. In a state like California where recycling is pushed on you to do your part, you’d think this company would pick it up every week. Waste Management in Chico does this (as does every other garbage service I’ve used in California from San Diego to Vacaville to Sacramento to Chico to here). Sucks that I have to literally stockpile my recycling in my garage and home and have to have it build up for two weeks at a time, there seems to be no end to the amount of recycling in my home.
